A Brook

The rhythms in Nature can be seen in the smallest of creatures in the smallest of places to the largest of systems. The minnow, gently trolling back and forth in my depths as it waits for food to move downstream towards it is operating in the rhythm of its feeding. Back and forth as the flow demands, as its needs demand and as the food become available. Larger systems operate on the same principle. Climate patterns shift according to their own energies, to the energies around them and to the changes that alter them both.

Be prepared to discover, when you open your awareness to your own flow, how sweet a rapture it can be to move in harmony with your own being and how delightful the world can be to greet, when you move in harmony with it.
